Make the phone number field type check for a phone number

Currently the phone number data type field works exactly like a short text field. If you are going to have a phone number data type field, you should at least check that it has at least 7 digits and no alpha.

Give end user ability to add a picture when filling out form

I'm using the form as a safety "alert". When there is a safety issue the person can submit a form explaining the issue so it can be corrected. Having the ability to add a picture with the form would be a great help

Build a form for recipes

Useful for continuity in presentation, people search for recipes, platforms like kajabi do not play well with recipe formats, wordpress had an amazing plugin but only available with wordpress, everyone who uses recipes on Kajabi uses a coder :(

International mailing address template

Add an option to add a set of field to enter a mailing address. When the country is selected, the fields changes accordingly with the State/Province list updated, show/hide address line 2, changes label for Zip/Postal Code.
