Give end user ability to add a picture when filling out form

I'm using the form as a safety "alert". When there is a safety issue the person can submit a form explaining the issue so it can be corrected. Having the ability to add a picture with the form would be a great help

    Hi Larry!

    You are very welcome to use File element on the widget's Form tab. With this option added, your website's visitors will be able to attach pictures.
