Add the date field in the email subject


I need to insert the date information in the subject of the email notification, is there a way to capture the current date on which the form was submitted or that the notification was sent to the customer?

I know that the date field exists, however, this information needs to be filled in automatically.

This information is important for some types of customers, especially those who work with product support.
