Emails are unreadable! Make the Long Text field display paragraphs etc.

Emails with long messages are unreadable without punctuation. It renders the Forms useless

Custom Image Icons for Forms

I think it would be really useful if users could upload their own custom images to show as the widget (if your in the floating option), rather than having to choose between the given icons.

Select default option from number of options in Drop Down.

I have created a form & added a dropdown field in it but there is no option to select default option from number of options. Is it possible? Can you please help?
