Emails are unreadable! Make the Long Text field display paragraphs etc.

Emails with long messages are unreadable without punctuation. It renders the Forms useless

Select default option from number of options in Drop Down.

I have created a form & added a dropdown field in it but there is no option to select default option from number of options. Is it possible? Can you please help?

Customize email and name of receipt of the contact form

Using the contact form I realized that the email arrived on behalf of ELFSIGHT, it would be more correct to be able to personalize the address and the name of receipt of the email. This makes it easier for the end customer to identify them
