Automatic pop-up if a user uploads files to the site that exceed the 25MB form limit

  • Customers are not given any indication of the size of files they can upload.

  • An 'error' message is provided however it is generic and does not explain the issue to the user.

  • This results in a poor customer experience.

  • Also means that additional resources are required to support the customer (customer service, etc).
