Change the head column style

There is no way to change border-radius and other styles of the head column, when using the table layout

Multiple Rows and Columns

Just a thought, could this plugin do multi-level? i.e. instead of creating one instance for each line of pricing, could it do columns and rows?

offline option

An offline option so that at certain times the system appears offline and directs the user to send a message without waiting for an instant response. It serves for hours when there is no attendant available (outside business hours).

Custom "Open Chat" Trigger

I think it would be nice to be able to have users click on other links/buttons on the page and have it trigger the Open Chat feature of this plugin as well. If it had a specific ID that could be used in the links/buttons that it watches for click ...
