Answers popup (same as elfsight use)

Recreate the Help popup that Elfsight tehmselves us to offer Answers/Ask as chat bubble.


I'd love my platform's users to have easy access to key help articles (possibly on a per screen basis i.e. choose articles based on the url they are currently on
