Would be cool to have it available in wordpres rest api so admin can easely manage it and dev can print in to any part of the app. Right now we use frontity framework and looking for workarounds to bring the output of the shortcode to the app.

Headless CMS is comming more popular and having cool things easy manageble from admin dashboard is perfect thing in admins life, but not all plugins still support wp rest api. In most cases admin can drop the shortcode to gutenberg block, and those can be easy printend on app front but the shorcode's output will be missed.
