I purchased this app thinking it would make my BigCommerce workflow easier but it has made it so much worse. Every email comes into my inbox from "Elfsight Courier <[email protected]>" not the actual sender. This groups all incoming messages in one conversation in GMAIL making it unusable if you have a lot of mail coming in. Please make the mail come in with the actual sender as the sender.
