That will be great if a user can change the color of the online status indicator via the widget configurator. I'm not good at CSS so it could help me a lot.

We're happy to say that an option to change color for User Online Status was added! 🎉
Here's where you can find it:
Go to your widget's Appearance tab
Choose Colors section
Set the needed color for User Online Status Color option
Test things out in our online WhatsApp Chat demo!
