Hi,
It is very important that in this Widget you indicate the web page of origin.
Or that when they send a message from the Wiget they can enter a personalized message from the web.
I have seen Widgets outside of Elfsight that make it work.

I do agree with you that it would be great to have an option to set a pre-filled message.
