Chat pops up after 5 sec visitors are on our domain. Visitors can close the chat when they don't have an immediate question. The chat stays closed, but the bubble remains on each page for extra help. When they need extra help, visitors click on the bubble and the chat opens.

I asked the same option, it would be perfect because now it is a little bit annoying when users close the chat.
In fact, when they change the page, the chat open again and again...and they have to close it evry time.
