I had a need for this feature. Instead of just entering a URL in the "Website" field under Contact, add the ability to turn this into a button if needed. I would want a new field that would be the text for the button and a checkbox that reads "Turn this URL into a button" or something. So that I have the option of having the URL link show OR have it show as a button.
