I believe there is a filter bar already, but if you can add a search bar as well, that would be great!

Good news: search option is out now! 🎉
You finally can search by name, position, email, phone, and location!
Here's how you can do so:
Go to your widget Content tab
Scroll down to Search section
Activate the Search Bar
