Loading the Social Wall can take an eternity, up to 10 seconds in some cases with multiple feeds. There needs to be a precache on these feeds. Perhaps every time a new posts is detected, this is fed to the cache. the cache then servers the posts directly to users. This makes it faster for the users and surely cheaper for you guys (depending on the setup).
