Option to allow links in popups to open in a new tab (target=_blank)
Example: When a user clicks a link on the webpage, I want to show a popup asking to complete a survey. I want the survey to open in a new tab, then allow the page to continue to where they were heading.

Go to the widget's Blocks tab
Choose Button or Link block
Enable Open link in a new tab option
