We're a small bowling alley, and would like to be able to create a price calculator that allows someone to input how many people are playing, and how many games, and then we are able to show a speculative price.

I do understand your point and use case, however, I doubt this very functionality will be implemented in our Pricing Table due to its complexity.
But we have the whole Calculator Widget in our Coming Soon project, and I guess it's likely to be released faster. You can vote for it and add your comments here: https://wishlist.elfsight.com/ideas/NAR-I-47.
