Please add the option to decide how many jobs we want listed per column then at the bottom of each list we need a page number link to move onto the next set of jobs listed. So for example per page maybe 10 jobs and after 10 all others move into a next page.

I'd love to have the ability to search/filter on the job board, especially since there are dozens of postings (which can quickly become difficult for people to navigate).
