The newest jobs should default to the top instead of the bottom of the list. It's not user-friendly to have to scroll to the bottom of the job board to see what new jobs have been posted recently. It would also be great to have the ability to rearrange the order of the jobs, which would be a nice feature on its own and would also solve this problem.

yes please. some jobs are important and need to be moved to the top. also a pinning feature would be great to keep certain jobs at the top. looking forward to this update, elfsight!
