Filter for: Job level (eg. user input ones internship, entry level, senior), also job type (eg. ux design, graphic design, etc). Was thinking both filters would have user generated entries
Hi Helga. Super pleased you're working on the filter tabs. The filters you suggested will work well. Hopefully the filter update wont be too long until it's release :). Ian
It's super important that our users are able to utilize these widget apps for a full experience. Leaving out things like: job Type or Job Level is counter productive. For example a Jr. Developer role is not like a Senior role. I understand the limited ability of widget but, the search feature should work by keywords? I do look forward to the roll out because this is vital piece of my business. I also would like an update about booking/appointment app.
I'm elated to say that we're starting working on this feature: Filter feature in job board!
For us to deliver the best functionality possible, we'd be extremely grateful if you could join this discussion and provide as many details on how you'd love to see this feature as possible :)
These are our thoughts:
1. We're planning to add filters for Location, Department, and Skills. We realize that there might be other cases, for instance to filter for Job Type or Job Level. We don't have such fields and, to be blunt, we'd rather not to add a lot of new ones in order not to overweight the widget.
2. However, we intend to add an option to assign categories to vacancies, thus we'll have a universal filter to group or filter out by other items. All in all, we'll have 4 filters: Location, Department, Category, and Skills.
Patricia, thank you for your comment! I do understand how needed this option is and I'm really sorry that we don't have it yet.
I guess we don't have Filters option advertised on our website, however, if I'm wrong, could you please send me a link along with the screenshot where this is pointed out? I'll be happy to check things out.
Thank you for your help!

Hello, your site shows it as a function on the job board page. This should be a top priority because it's false advertising when the widget doesn't actually have the feature you're advertising.
I would love to this feature added to the job board. I have found myself creating multiple widgets so my users will have sorting functions.

Hi there,
Any update on the filtering?
Hi Patricia,
Thanks a lot for the screenshots provided!
Now I see the issue and I'm extremely sorry for the confusion and misleading information.
I've been in contact with our dev team and they'd love to assure you that they'll do their best to include these features in near updates.
Please let me bring our sincere apologies for this situation one more time 🙏🏻
Hi Helga,
The filter function is shown as a search button. It shows department, location, etc.
Hello folks,
Thanks a lot for supporting this idea!

Yes, being able to filter by required skills would be great!
