Been finding adult photos pop up in feeds I create, and thus besides having to constantly combat these by having to keep adding filters to weed them out, a simple pre-moderation of which images to display is needed... this is especially needed for areas that display live feeds of course to prevent malicious use. Other competitors already have this, and its one of the most important features to offer an Instagram feed ... another added bonus would be keeping duplicates from showing on a feed when people post multiples, or from multiple accounts
