Yes, I completely agree with this! Reviews with just text do not convey as much social proof compared to text with a photo. This would be a great addition to Elfsight but for all review applications!

We do agree with you and we also think uploaded attachments displaying would be an amazing option. We do try to find a way to make it possible, but, unfortunately, at the moment it's quite a tall task.
But we're not going to let this idea go as we strive to make our widget as powerful and convenient as possible :)

yes, this is important as the purpose of the review is for customers to show UGC, especially when they can have a product. If this was available, it would add so much more value to customers.
