Reviews from New Experience Page

Hi Team! That would be great to display the reviews from my Facebook New Experience page. Please add this functionality to the widget. Thank you!

    John, my apologies for the delay!

    Replying to your first question: no, you won't have to get back to Classic Pages.

    I'm really sorry that the New Experience Pages don't work on your end :(

    Please contact our Support Team, they will be very happy to assist you and make everything work.

    Hi Helga,

    I can't see any option to review this unfortunately.

    Can you confirm if this means that the reviews widget should now be fully
    working with the New Experience Pages?

    It doesn't appear to be working for us, we added a review to Facebook as a
    test but it still isn't showing on our site. I also noticed that the 'What
    our customers say / leave us a review' bar is now appearing at the bottom
    of all of our pages, this wasn't there before. Is this expected? Should it
    appear on every page?

    We have a reviews page added with a menu link at the top, I would've
    expected this section to appear in this page only.

    Hi Helga

    Can I confirm that the reviews widget will now work with the New Experience
    Page and I will not need to revert to the Classic Page?

    I was previously speaking with your colleague who had suggested this is the
    only way we would be able to use this widget by changing back to the
    classic page.

    Actually, we already have implemented the first solution for New Experience pages support :)

    Is there an option for you to check it in your widget and provide feedback on how things work?

    I agree please consider this and update your app as soon as possible. The Classic pages will soon be removed from Facebook and everyone will need to use a New Experience Page so would like all the same functions and features to be available with these pages also.

    Hi, please put this on the highest importance. It's been months and FB can get rid of classic page anytime, so we need this widget to be work with New Page Experience ASAP. Thanks!

    Hi - most of my customers now have at least 2 months of reviews that are not being pulled though. Have you any eta on when this is going to be fixed or would it be better to look at other options? Seems crazy to be paying for the all-in-one plugin while its not working properly.

    This really is critical. I have held back from going new but some of my clients have accepted it not realising the consequences.

    We ourselves are very frustrated that the solution have yet to be found. Today, I've got an update from the dev team that they keep searching and testing some ideas, but we haven't come to a concrete solution as of yet.

    We do realize all the urgency of the situation, and I assure you we're intended to go the whole hog and find the remedy.

    Hi - not quite sure how to vote for this, but it really needs sorting asap. Current options - lose stuff that's been posted on new experience or not display our latest reviews...not ideal.
