What we'd love to say is that although this option is not documented yet, it is already available. This is a brief guide on what you need to do:
1. Install a widget on the needed page and add a url parameter to the page's address:
2. To add a parameter, choose the needed Field ID, for instance, [your-name] and add a number representing the field you need to prepopulate, starting from 0, so that it looks like [your-name-0]
3. Add the parameter without square brackets with the needed value, for instance: your-name-0=Peter.
