I'd really like to see some more customization in the calendar app, including the following:

1. Add Custom Headings, for instance our summer camp likes to display events by week, so I need to be able to have a heading for "Week 1" and then the five events on each of the week days, then "Week 2", etc.

2. I would like to be able to turn off the 'past events' sorting and simply show all events in calendar order. Maybe the past ones could have a little tag that says they are past, but we need them all to be displayed in order.

3. I need the option to be able to show the full calendar on app load, rather than requiring a user to click 'load more'
