Change check box value from 'true' to 'yes' in the report

If customer checks box under Can we contact you via WhatsApp? on our website, please use value Yes rather than true in the report.

    Now your option name is displayed in your report the way you set it.

    Here's where you can check it out:

    1. Go to your widget's Build Form tab

    2. Press Add Field button and choose Choice

    3. Add the needed info and check your report
