Make the calendar period on the contact form editable

It would be great if we can edit when the calendar on the contact form starts/finishes.

For example, you could default the date picker on the contact form to be today's date plus 2 days, so it only allows the user to select days in advance of the current date. For example, if today was the 2nd December, the user should only be able to select the 5th December onwards.
