Right now i have tried different methods to make a more user friendly to read for the company. Right now it looks nice for the customers but not for us who receive the mail.
It would be nice to add the static text too or something "copy past" the design from contact form to the receive mail too.

Also as other have mentioned of ideas about the "elfsight courier" shouldn't be as headline of the mail
