Multiple Link Button

Button that when hovered over presents multiple links - kind of like image map but hovering anywhere over the button brings up a list of links. Even fancier - ability to have a nice graphic button that maybe has the button name or topic on the top and smaller text in the graphic underneath with link options like Join | Signup
