Great news: we’ve added the close button for your Airbnb Reviews floating badge!
You can enable it on Layout tab → Customize → Show Close Button.

I agree that it would be a great option to be able to manage your badge's size or apply a close button.
However, I think we have a workaround for you right now. This article can help you add a close button to your Reviews badge widget: https://help.elfsight.com/article/983-adding-close-button-to-floating-badge-of-google-reviews-widget. This article works for all our Reviews widgets, including Airbnb Reviews, so you should not worry about it.
