Much as I would love to set ETA for the features' release, I'm afraid I'm just not able to do so. You see, everything depends on the developers' overall load and the tasks they have to resolve on a regular basis. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience!

We use the fastest and most accurate services for getting reviews, however, unfortunately, we cannot provide more details of the technologies we use. If any difficulties or issues come up, you're most welcome to contact our support team, they will be happy to advise.

Thanks Helga, when does a request to add a review site make the cut to be implemented?

Although TheFork is a pretty big review site it doesn't have many reviews. There are a few more hotel/restaurant reviews sites I'd like to see added. Most reuqests for this widget are for additional sites.

Does the widget simply scrape all reviews from these websites? I mean, for my Google My Business reviews I didn't have to login to GMB at all and it retrieved all reviews, so it isn't using any of their API's

What about having a tool that allows users to specify scrape instructions, so we can add every site we need. And then sumit it for review for general inclusion?
