When you change the language of the site, the widget is translated as well. I have asked technical support and this is not yet available, so I am writing this feature request. They proposed as a solution to create several widgets and implement them on the site. However, on Wix we don't think we can put a hidden element from one language to another. I totally understand your point and I agree that the translation of reviews would be a great feature.
Unfortunately, this task is quite a tall order and we'll need time to be able to add it to our roadmap. However, we do have in mind this feature and really hope to get back to it as soon as possible.
