Zappier integration

Sending a form by email is quite archaic. We should be able to trigger a Zappier zap to do more with the from data... own webhooks, subscription to lists, scheduled Trustpilot reviews...

Add "other" option in checkbox (with automatic text field inside the checkbox element)

This way, when filling a form, people can choose between a number of suggestions or choose "other". If "other" is chosen an automatic text field should appear in front of the option "other" so people can specify.This text field should be optional ...
