So many people would like to text businesses these days and more and more businesses are making SMS an option to reach them. The code is the same as Click to Call, just change out "tel" with "sms". Maybe add this function to your new Button Widget?

Display different sales reps based on customer tags.

Instead of having one sales rep, display the specific sales rep that a customer is assigned to, based on customer account tags.

Is it possible to hide the widget itself when you open a popup?

Enable targeting based on location

It would be beneficial to display your click to call based on geolocation (ie., only show your widget to those in the United States, as opposed to worldwide.
