Ability to add the form field Id into the "Mail: To" field

Would like to have the ability to add the form field Id into the "Mail: To" field, so that when a user enters in an email address into a textbox, it could then be used in the "Mail: To" field via the field Id. (Ex: Field Id: [sponsors-email-address])

Have radio buttons assigned to different email addresses like departments

This would help by eliminating someone at the company forwarding an email to the proper department because it would already go there based on customer selection.
