Have radio buttons assigned to different email addresses like departments

This would help by eliminating someone at the company forwarding an email to the proper department because it would already go there based on customer selection.

Display floating form only after X pixel scrolling

Would be great to have an option that activate the "message icon" only after X pixel scrolling (desktop/tablet/mobile). I would love not having the message icon right on the slider of my homepage...

Confirm email field

I'm trying to create a form for my website. I want to have two 'email' fields - one called 'Confirm Email'. I want to validate if the two entered emails are the same or not, and if not show error message: 'Emails do not match!'
