Make it possible to search between forms - or make it possible to show maybe 100 at a time - then it is possible to use the in browser search capabilities

Change the file size upload limit

Change the file size upload amount? ie, Limit it to 5mb instead of 25mb, so it will give the user a warning if they pass that limit
