On mobile and tablet mode the link must open the application available on the device

Today visitor can only share the link thru mobile or tablet navigator. It could be great if the link could open the app. (Some visitor are never login in the navigator)

Instead of having to choose between a max. of for example six sharing buttons, it would be great to have a button that just has an "+" as a symbol. Clicking on it opens the whole variety of social networks your plugin offers.
