Access depends on relationship status

We have 2 relationship status [Singles / In Relationship]. Singles can attend all event and couples can only go to couples events.

Need the ability to control frontend visibility on event level and be also able to manage it globally

Defaults to 3 months, but we should be able to change it. If a recurring is scheduled, only so many are visible based on this setting.
